American Messiah heads to the west coast
The Proper Care & Feeding of an American Messiah was just accepted into SEATTLEāS TRUE INDEPENDENT FILM FESTIVAL (STIFF).
STIFF is a great indie fest, Seattle's own version of Slamdance... very excited and hoping to go to Seattle for this one.

Terrific! Keep it up!
Are you going to be at the USA Film Festival in Dallas?
No, I'm not going to make it to Dallas for USA, though I wanted to (of course, if they had accepted my film for screening, I definitely would have gone...)
Oh wow, I'm an idiot, too. Looks like it just ended and I didn't notice! One of these days I'm going to actually go to the festival.
Pooks -- I'm hoping to get into the Dallas Video Fest, so I'll let you know when I hear. That'll be in August, I think.
USA sounds great, and if I had the time, I would have gone. But with all the travel I am hoping to be doing with the film, I don't want to go to a bunch of fests I DON'T get into!
Congrats, Chris! Love the festival's acronym.
yes, and their awards are called STIFFIES :-)
Good going, Chris. You will go to this one, right? And blog about it?
Hey Lance -- I'm hoping, too, but I'm not sure yet if I can get out of some of my university responsibilities.
